Comfy to stand on. Just was not expecting it to have a rocking aspect. That took a bit of getting used to. Much better than standing on the floor!

Not needing that much of balancing when standing on it, but it does feel comtable.

bought this more of a gimmicky item. first use was fine, doesn't quite feel that ergonomic though. but feels nice on the feet with the bumps and can be used to do some exercise

It’s a great board. It’s kind of nice to rock back and forth on while on a long call. I think I’d like to stick with a regular anti fatigue mat for the future but this is nice to engage the muscles more.

It takes a little getting used to, but i like it. You rock side to side. Keeps you moving .
