    got a broken one. poor design. poor quality. should not sell such stuff. good part is that Shopper+ folks were nice in refunding.

      It's very hard to bend. I bought it for an elderly person who can't bend it at all. I have a hard time and I'm younger and stronger. I would not buy this again.
