Charging does not work and item is very misleading. I used a coupon to purchase this item, and therefore due to shopper+ policy if I were to get a refund for the ITEM NOT WORKING it would be only a PARTIAL REFUND (they only refund the price you paid after the coupon, therefore I wasted my coupon on this useless product). The first picture is not to scale and makes the speaker seem much larger than it really is, and 5W is not fast charging.

the Bluetooth speaker is working fine , however I wireless charged my phone , my phone is not working. anyone here experienced the same problem? how to solve it?
