Speaker sound is horrible, I just using for wireless charger

Charger works well, speaker loses connection ofter, battery charge for soeaker does not seem to hold

Not charging fast. (Btw, only charges when plugged in, not a power bank)

The speaker itself is fine, loader volume than 3rd gen Alexa echo dot. The issue is that the wireless charging is not working properly it got disconnected randomly and never was able to charge even one percent of the battery even when showing its charging. My intention was to get a wireless charging station, but that ended up not working. I tried to contact support but first I need to make a video of the product not working ... I am not yet able to do that, as it will show it's charging on the phone, but in fact, it's not able to charge the phone. It's probably not worth the effort to try getting support for the low price.

speaker sound is ok but the wireless charger not working at all ,I try so many devices none are working even left over night .
