The product is of low quality, the mash is not well adjusted, and it is loose in some parts not guaranteeing the necessary support that an ergonomic chair should have, the lumbar support does not guarantee the necessary support because the fabric is not adjusted. I do not recommend this product for the quality and if you are more than 1.80 in height. They guarantee that the return is free, but it is not because they charge a processing fee for returning the product.

I purchased it online and when I got it and found it was defective on the upper right corner of back piece. It was very disappointment and I returned the chair.
