In not touching the ground with my foot when I see in the chair, i'm 5 foot 6. When I sit, my head don't touch the head/neck support. The quality is very basic and some small plastic pieces break when I was assembling it. I don't recommend this product.

This chair felt sufficient for its price, but not even a year later it has failed spectacularly and now plastic digs into my back when I lean back

Easy to mount. I like it a lot for the first months. I did switch the wheels for rubber casters. Now 5 months in the mesh is much saggier than it used to be which make it way less comfortable that it use to be. Mind you im 150lbs.
