Look nice, but way to dim even at the highest 'brightness' setting

Purchased and hung them only to discover there is one bulb that keeps failing. I wrote Shopper+ about the issue and have heard nothing. My problem is not so much with the product but with Shopper+. These same lights are available at my local hardware store who would have replaced them if I had purchased them there. I would have paid a bit more but my purchase would have been supported, for the exact same product! Not impressed with Shoppers+ right now!

Acheté en Avril 2022, après 4-5 utilisations, la manette a cessé de fonctionner, et nous devons grimper sur une chaise pour aller démarrer/changer/fermer le système de lumières. On ne veux pas nous échanger une nouvelle manette sous garantie.
