Very disappointed with the product and service. Black ink cartridge leaked everywhere causing a serious mess. The yellow l cartridge did not work at all. I sent pictures of the compromised cartridges and of the error message I got on my printer. Did the send me new cartridges immediately? No. They wanted me to package time back up and return them before they would provide replacement cartridges or a refund. I would not recommend this supplier.
