I opened this cartridge in May. It last less than 7 months, unexpectedly empty. I should have asked for a replacement. Instead, I reordered MAGENTA (order#37136200) by mistake and been turned down for exchange. Being a customer for years, very disappointed

the black ink is not as dark as the orginal and sometimes it comes out too ligjht and we have to reprint the page to get a higher quality
