I have been purchasing this product for a while and I thought with time it will improve. It seems that it leaks and dirties my even sometimes the paper comes with black stains of excessive ink on the sides or the top.

I'm holding off on rating this product. I bought the same set of cartridges this time last year. Supposed to be good for two years. Let's see how this set works out.

If I have a problem with Shoppers it's that I have trouble ordering by email and therefore lose any points I might have accumulated. Why do your telephone people not off to deduct my points? dge

Sometimes these ink cartridges leaks and dirties the inside of the printer also makes black stains in the paper.

Very sorry to hear that, In this case we can replace this ink, but first we will have an email sent with some troubleshooting to see if this fixes the problem.

Great value for the money. No spillage when you take the seal off and when you put it in the printer. Works just as well as Dell ink cartridges.
