Decent product for what it is, but the integrated light is LUDICROUSLY DIM!!!! Thankfully I have plenty of really bright LED sticks, 1 of which is now plugged in through an old Blackberry USB adapter into the upper-right port of this product. In this config. 2 of the outlets are taken up, but allows the LED to face across the washroom counter rather than down on the sink. There are still plenty of AC outlets remaining for washroom use, not to mention the 2+1 USB ports which may never even be utilized. As mentioned: the product's light turned out to be disappointingly DIM!!!! I simply have difficulty expressing how bad it is. Years ago I equipped myself and immediate family with a keychain light that emits between 1-lum. to 45-lum. Its lowest setting of 1-lum. allows for close-up reading, or finding keyholes, etc. Even that is way, WAAYYY brighter, than this product's integrated light when maxed out in pitch-black darkness. Sadly the shelf may also see little to no usage, because a medicine cabinet is merely an inch or two above it, and the door would knock over anything seated upon said shelf. May simply have to remove it altogether. I suggest keeping in mind any spacial clearance before attaching the shelf and installing the device. Then again it only takes a minute or two to unscrew, unplug, and put everything back. One of the biggest BLUNDERS of design is using ONE outlet instead of 2, when most wall outlets are duplexes!!!! Now all 6 AC outlets and all 3 USB ports are expected to draw from just ONE socket. But then I suppose it makes little to no difference especially when using high-drain devices such as hair dryers, most/many of which are 1875W on high - already at the extent of many outlets' 15A limitation. My purchase was further marred by a price drop of an extra 18.8% not long after I bought it, and has remained at that price ever since. 😡 Talk about insult to injury.

The rating mostly is for the service. I had problem after the desk frame been assembled without the desk top as I want to test if it’s working properly. It turned out the frame didn’t go up and down as described. I called the service and was asked to shoot the problem video and sent it by email. I did right after the call. However, I didn’t get any reply or update for three business days. I tried to contact via the live chat couple times but nothing they could help. Only thing I can do is waiting without a time frame. I end up to install the desk top no matter it work or not because the poor customer service makes me believe it would be hard to return it. Luckily, after that the desk top on, it works ok. Finally I got reply email about the issue on day 10.

A bit disappointed because I bought the 3rd gen, and it's way better. This one doesn't have a memory function and is less sturdy.

I bought this product in Sep 2022. After 1.5 years, the USB-C slot suddenly stopped working. Everything else is fine. Nothing has changed, this product has been in the same place the whole time. I bought it primarily for the USB-C slot along with the USB-A slots for simple and easy charging. This effectively makes the device useless for my purposes and I have to buy a whole new product to replace the USB-C charging port feature now. I also forgot there is a light on this device. It's so dim, I never even noticed it.

It works well but it doesn't fit my socket very well. It sits kind of loose and moves around. The unit it replaces fit much better than this model.

(+) Très joli, épuré et solide. Facile à assembler à une personne. Permet d’avoir un très grand bureau! Parfait pour deux enfants côte à côte. ( - ) Monte et descends seul lors de l’ajustement (même sans plateau). Je dois appuyer à plusieurs reprises afin d’aller à la hauteur désiré. Les mémoires ne fonctionnent donc pas lorsque la hauteur est trop loin de celle demandée.
