J'ai eu de la difficulté a faire fonctionne la partis camera sur le réseau. La camera fonctionne sur 2.4Ghz. J'ai pas pu faire fonctionner au début, car mon réseau 2.4 ne peux être configurer avec le code QR généré par le programme. Il y a un bug dans le software. Facile a contourné quand on le comprend. Attention le nom du réseau de doit pas contenir le caractère espace. et peux être autre. dans mon cas c’était un espace. Tous mes équipement n'ont pas de problème pour le Nom. J,ai du changer le nom et reprogrammer tous mes équipement avec le nouveau nom. pas drôle quand tu as plus de 20 équipement. JE suis avec Bell. Le technicien avait configurer deux réseau soit Bell228 - 2,4G et Bell228 - 5,0G. La suppression des espace a corriger le problème. J'ai teste chez ma mère avec réseau Hélix sans séparation des deux bande 2.4 et 5 G. Cela fonctionne très bien. Chez moi les réseau sont séparer avec des nom différent car javait des problèmes de perte de connections.

Good smart doorbell with fair price. It took me awhile still can not connect it to the Tuya Smart APP as the manual says. Finally I tried S+ smart APP, it is super easy to get it connected and working as I expected. It works just fine after I connect my old door bell power into it. I ordered one more for my back door.

I tested this out but didn’t install it because the wiring connector was so large I would have had to carve a hole in the door frame, or solder the wires together without the connector. The instructions for the chime were not adequate, I couldn't understand what some of the sounds it was making meant. I wasn't able to return it as it was a "clearance item".

Works as expected. Taking away 1 star because it cant be set to ring the existing chime in the house, despite being hardwired.

The electric wires are too short. Do suggest to increase the lenght to 1ft at least, so it can go through the wall
