The front cover only allows the cat go in but can’t come out. It has to climb from the top. My kitten can’t even jump to the top. What a bad design product. Don’t recommend.

My cat injured his paws ripping the claws in his hind legs - blood all over the place. Worst litter box I’ve ever purchased. Wish I had opened it sooner as I probably can’t get a refund now.
