It's well built and has nice features, but the fatal flaw is that if cat pee gets on the sides it drips down into the rim and onto the floor.

I like it, drawer is convenient for cleaning. However my cat doesn't like it, she's won't push open the door flap so I tries without but the cat doesn't like to come out through the top and leaves litter on the floor when exiting through the front.
