The gel seat was incredibly hard, it felt like I wasn't even sitting on a memory foam pad at all. I'm sure it's made that overtime it would soften itself up, but the one I had felt like a brick. Furthermore, the pad was so thick that it added too much height to make chair. My desk is not adjustable in height, and I was already at my lowest chair setting, so now I'm sitting way too high. Overall, this is not what I am expecting and plan to return the product

Call me weird, but this doesn't feel good. Perhaps it's too thick or too hard but it feels like it is pushing me forward in my seat, and I feel like less of my bum is on the seat itself. I've tried moving the position, turning it upside down... nothing feels comfortable. It's better if I move it ALL the way up, as upper back support, but that's not supposed to be the purpose of this.
