    The product is a defective one. It has two major issues. Firstly, it doesn't work properly. Secondly, its firmware is unable to be updated however, it was done through high-speed WiFi access but failed due to time out. I installed it inside the door based on the manufacturing direction and also installed related applications on my cell phone. As soon as it locks the door, it turns to unlock. So that it is not a trusty product. Because it is not safe and does not satisfy me to leave the house under its protection. I did it several times with the same result. The product is useless and unqualified. I expected to buy a reliable product but it is not. Unfortunately, it is a final sale so returnable.

      Pas satisfait dutout. Quand je réussi a mettre le verrou sur mon réseau, au bout de 5 minutes ça dit sur l'application qu'il est hors ligne alors que sur mon routeur, ça dit qu'il est en ligne. Donc impossible de faire quoi que ce soit. Je dois recommencer le processus a chaque fois. Et même lorsque ça dit en ligne sur l'application, quand j'essai de débattre la porte, ça dit quil est hors ligne alors que c'est bien en ligne. Aucune instruction pour programmer le clavier également. Vraiment déçu de mon achat
