Desktop too thin, only half inch thick, hardware holding top together buckled the finished top surface creating bulges. Poor quality screws also.. head of one broke off during tightening. It was also very tricky and time consuming to assemble, as some of the holes don't line up perfectly. Otherwise, the mechanism works smoothly and quietly. Excellent customer support. Low rating due to what I consider to be an unusable final condition.
