In the package there are 2 different sized bolts for assembly. The shorter bolts are mainly used to do 99% of the assembly. In the instructions, it tells you to use the 2 longer bolts to secure a cross bar to the tabletop. CAUTION! The bolts are too long!!! Upon tightening, the bolts were pushing the laminate top of the table causing a cracked bump. I had to lossen the bolt to lessen the bump.
