These are beautiful and well made - we love the look of them in our kitchen! Very sturdy and work well for our family . When one chair foot rail was drilled incorrectly and the bolts wouldn’t fit, a quick message with customer service over the chat feature had a new one sent the same day along with new bolts. The level of service I have received over the past 4 years has always gone above and beyond . This is why I continue to buy my products from here.

These are excellent value. They look great, they are sturdy. Seats have plenty of padding, swivels nicely. They do come as a kit, so there's a bonus 3D puzzle assembly process - actually very easy to do. We bought 2 sets (of 2), for a total of 4 chairs, and the look and quality was excellent and consistent for all of them.
