While the sink is great, the hardware that is provided with it is garbage. While attempting to tighten the basket to the sink, the plastic ring attached to the sink itself let go and began to rotate, making it not possible to tighten the basket to the sink. I went out and bought a basket assembly that was quality made. I would NOT recommend this purchase to anyone.

I've purchased 5 of these over the years and they all ended the sam with dead sensors. I gave two stars becasue I liked the product when it works, Otherwise, don't expect more than two years life with modest use. My first ones purchased were less than twenty-two dollars, as of this review it's listing for thirty-three.dollars, not worth it. Time to try something else.

Ordered Touchless Motion Sense Faucet, but the sensor doesn't work. It seems there are no sensors in the faucet.

I bought Touchless Motion Sense Kitchen Sink Faucet With Pull Down Sprayer, Brushed Nickel - LIVINGbasics® and have spent 5 hrs installing it. The instructions sent with the faucet are not for the faucet I received. I have looked online for latest installation instructions and there are none. The faucet starts water and stops after 2 seconds. The "touchless" feature sensor is not working either. Very disappointed with the lack of instructions anywhere to support seamless installation. Called customer service and as advised by them, I have sent the video of the issues. Waiting for their reply.
