I would pay a dollar more for screws that could be held and turned by a screwdriver. This thing cannot be put together with the provided screws without the help of God and a miracle. The cheap little Allen key doesn’t help.

The broken lever part that was shipped to me arrived today and broke in the exact same spot as the last one. I asked for a return when it first broke becasue it was clear to me this item was poorly made. The 10 dollar shopper plus memebership that is advertised as "free returns" turns out not to be true and instead im forced to receive another part that broke instantly. Refund my order to my credit card at once or i will be filing a consumer complaint

DO NOT BUY THIS! The plastic handle attached to the metal for triggering the hydraulic lift broke as soon I tried it the first time during installation. Customer service sent me a replacement. Now, 9 months later, the same breakage happened. I can no longer raise/lower the desk. The handle should not be made with plastic when it takes a lot of force. This is a massive design flaw.

Design is okay but has quality control issues. The surface came with multiple dents and blemishes. Opened inquiry but didn’t get a response after a week :( Install was easy but manual was hidden below one of the cardboard flaps, so I didn’t realize the retaining screw for piston needed to be removed.
