The vacuum is very slow to pull the bag and sometimes the bag doesn’t work I don’t know if it’s the bag or the vacuum but it works well when it works

The vacuum pump is functional and convenient, even if a bit slow. It functions on both alkaline and NiMH rechargeable batteries, so that's convenient and cost efficient in the long term. The bags are great when they work, but I would say about 20% are defective i.e. don't hold a vacuum. It's impossible to tell which will be bad before using. Need to figure out how to return those -- on principle, no tolerance for junk.

looks great and l think that you sent all the parts? Have not used this item yet butt there is no way to convey that until we choose a Maple Leaf. This will be the last comments l make until this is fixed. We can't even just review 1 or 2 items we have used.KNOW...We must review all....that is what i have found and Good Bye
