It's a smooth looking chair. The seat cushion feels soft & good enough. The head rest is a bit tall for me but since it's removable and can be tilt upwards it's not a big deal for me. The armrest with cushion in full arm length is so comfy. The manual didn't say much about the handle controls. It's pushing inward/outward to lock the tilt angle. I kept it in lock mode since it's much more quiet and stable. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

Solid build

I built my chair in under an hour all by myself. It was my first time building a chair aswell so building it is actually easy. Shipping was under a week and comfort is amazing.

Although there are so many features on this chair eg adjustable height of headrest and seat, the flip up arms, this chair is very easy to assemble, looks great, is comfortable and functional. Very happy with this purchase and that it was delivered right to the door.
