I found it difficult to get your "boxingfs" free shipping to work for me. Others who are less persistent, would have given up and not bothered to place an order. Even so, it took me almost 1/2 hour to get it sorted! I suspect the reason for my issues was, after selecting the item I chose to continue shopping (rather than going directly to checkout). I had to discard what I chose, log out, re-select, then go directly to check out (NOT continue shopping) to see place for "boxingfs" code, login the go thru payment scheme and it worked.
