I love this cartridge. It's just as good as the original EPSON one at a fraction of the cost. Now that most retail stores don't carry this type of cartridge anymore, Shopper+ is my primary source for new ink.

Not sure if you want comments on the product or the service but I'd like to say that both are excellent. I use Epson cartridges and your web-site, product and service are so good I am recommending your site to others. Only problem I've had on your site is adding more to my cart after first checking the contents.. You need more "continue shopping" buttons. By now you may be suspicious? No I'm not an investor or mistress of the President. I'm a "77 year old male "anglo", a customer living in Ontario. Your company makes me very happy that our ancestors, including the French Canadian Voltigeur militia under Charles de Salaberry, defeated the upstart Americans in the War of 1812! After 3 or 4 cleaning cycles, the printer finally started to print reasonably well with this ink. The density is less than Original Manufacturers Ink, but results are acceptable given the significant savings.
