Order arrived very quickly, the next day. Tried it and the printer gave me an error code of E5. Tried everything from watching youtube videos and reading articles to no avail. Initiated chat support and was helped by Antonia. She gave me some more troubleshooting notes which I tried and didn't work. She sent me another one which I received the next day and it worked! I appreciate the quick and friendly customer support and would not hesitate to recommend to freinds and family. Thank you, Antonia!

It's funny that this came in my email today as I have just been trying to find out why the black ink keeps saying running low....as you can tell we just received them and don't use this printer very much as we have two others. Also when I took both ink cartridges out and reinstalled them to see if that would make a difference both of them now flash saying low ink! We have never had a problem with your products before in all the years we have used and recommended your company so we are very upset (especially my husband) that this should happen now. I give 5 stars because delivery was quick, have not installed the cartridges yet to see how they work in my printer. Will update when I do.

Both cartridges seem to print OK, the black cartridge shows it is empty. I will keep using it and if stops printing after a few pages I will request a replacement.
