Recently I bought the Economical Box of Remanufactured Black and Color Cartridge Combo. Not only am I happy with the price, I'm very pleased with the product quality. I've been using this product for years now and I've never had a problem. I highly recommend the purchase of this product.

The ink cartridges I ordered arrived quickly and work flawlessly. The only problem I had was picking it up from the store it was sent to because of the postal strike. The idiot working behind the counter would not accept my drivers license as proof of my identity and address, and told me to go home and print out the email i received stating my order was ready for pickup. The fact that I was picking up ink cartridges made it impossible for me to go home and print anything. I had to explain that several times. Eventually, he finally conceded, accepted my drivers license and gave me my package.

Low rating due to very bad quality of the ink. Lines are not clear and ink missing on those lines. I tried so many times to rectify the problems and in the end still no luck at all. I would like a replacement for those 2 cartridges. If you are a reputable retailer, you would stand behind your products and make the customer happy by replacing those faulty or defective products.
