Les 2 cartouches commandées sont de mauvaise qualité et je suis présentement en démarche de réclamation avec le département du service à la clientèle pour en obtenir 2 nouvelles neuves et parfaites. C’était ma première expérience d’achat avec Shopper + Inc, 123 Ink.ca et j’ai été très déçu.

Il coule . il y a une fuite et en plus il laisse des traces sur les feuilles imprimés j'ai peut-etre pas été chanceux et qu il en avait un défectueux

It left blue streakings on paper, and block my transfer strap, very noisy too !

BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM HERE !!! I received a faulty toner cartridge which has caused damage to my printer. I will need a service technician to perform this service. All 123inkcartrages will do is replace the faulty cartridge. Unlike their warranty, that states: 10. Terms of Limited Warranty In addition to our 90 days RISK FREE Guarantee, we at 123InkCartridges.ca also warrant to the original customer purchasing such products directly from 123InkCartridges.ca that all such products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. We have to limit any claim under this warranty to the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than 123InkCartridges.ca. Any claim with respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a refund of the purchase price must be made 90 days from the original date of shipment by 123InkCartridges.ca. The purchaser can make claims to receive replacement product for a period of one-year from the original date of shipment by 123InkCartridges.ca. It shows that they are responsible for any issues caused by their defective toner cartridge.

Meanwhile we installed three cartridges. The black and the magenta were perfect. The yellow one was installed and reported empty from the start. these are the type of issues that make my wife very critical when I try to buy through the internet.
