I have never had so many issues with my printer. I have had to do a full manual print head clean (with gloves, solution…). I have to do the print-head clean and alignment if I don’t print pages every single day. Colour printing has been off and I get error messages like crazy. Most recently the printer tells me the cartridges are defective and it will not print, scan, copy… even though I probably have 75% full cartridges.

Yellow cartridge wouldn't work because it did not have the chip installed.

Our HP8610 is not recognizing the cartridges while others in the office are. This is VERY frustrating. 123 Ink cartridges is willing to exchange them without problem, but they are not very much help with troubleshooting the problem. If you are going to sell this product it should work. We are at a stand still with this printer which is an important function in that office.

Ink runs out really fast because it saturates the paper even on the draft setting.

Normally this combo can print up to 2,300 pages for Black ,C/M/Y up to 1,500 pages but if you got much less yield,please feel free to contact our customer service for solutions .
