So far, so good! I recently took 5 copiers off the "full service" account with my print provider, and these have made my transition back to non-managed print super easy. The price point is low, the shipping is fast, and my users have no clue that they're running off-brand toner. Packaging is actually MORE professional that the original packaging my Kyocera came with! I'll be continuing to buy these until the wheels fall off my copiers, and it keeps more e-Waste from hitting the landfill.

I have had some bad experiences with shipments but when I ordered this cartridge I was really given a pleasant surprise when the shipment arrived after three from the day I placed the order. I was really happy about the speed of the delivery and it restored my hope in shipments. I was really happy to also find out that the quality of the toner was also of superior quality. It has truly helped me to cut down on some of the printing costs. I have been truly happy about the Kyocera-Mita TK-477 new compatible black toner cartridge. Usually I won't risk myself to buy anything online before I actually see it. Howeverm it's difficult to find this cartridge from the local retail store, so I purchased one from here. I was surprised by their shipping speed since I received my parcel next day, and luckly the product is working well, so I would say this is a positive online shopping experience for me.
