Super fast shipping, arrived in 2 days. This cable was the perfect solution for my hdtv which does accept the old analog style rca because the hdmi ports had quit working. Worked perfectly for me and you can't beat the price for sure, other stores are charging 3x this for their products, so how can you go wrong.

Ah Ha! My HDMI source was a video resolution set higher than the TV capability. When I dumbed down the source to 720p, the cord worked marvelously. A similar warning is present on the website here, but without a solution. So, if the source is say a Blu Ray with HDMI output only, and its screen resolution is set on "Auto" resolution, it cannot "see" the TV capability through the cable converter. You have to "force" the proper resulution by resetting the source output via its settings screen menu. Hope this helps somebady - it took me 5 hours to figure this out. And remember ... you'll need a second TV with a regular HDMI input to act as a monitor while you set up the Blu Ray. A Catch 22. Ha Ha. I'd give a 5 but you didn't explain this fix. Cheers!
