I have been using your "Moustache" brand replacement laser cartridges for some time now - so much so that I have all but given up on refilling old cartridges. These units are every bit as good as OEM types - at much lower cost, and are very reliable. All I need now are "Moustache" imaging drums,transfer units and fuser units for my Samsung colour printers!!! Furthermore, I have found it very rewarding to explore your webpages for cables, adapters and Apple PSUs, along with stationary items etc. The best part is that yours is an all-Canadian "store" - no messing with US pricing, import duty, customs and on and on. Ink was ordered on Monday and arrived before the end of the week! The cartridges fit perfectly into my printer and work great! The only down side is when I checked how full the cartridges were after I printed a few pages, my computer read them at 80% and they probably should have been closer to 100%. But on the same note, I recently bought a Samsung black cartridge and maybe printed an additional 20 pages and it is also at 80%. The price differential between the Moustache brand and Samsung brand makes the moustache a better buy.

I've been using Mustache® toner for a long time, but sometimes there are defective items... The product I received this time is not recognized by the printer. I applied for an exchange, but haven't received any response yet. Customer service doesn't seem to be very good... However, as long as my printer doesn't break down, I will continue to use Mustache® products, so I'm giving 2 instead of 1 maple.
