I bought this pack to replace all cartridges in my LaserJet Pro 400. Ive got 2 as extra now as 2 didnt need to be replaced yet. I find this much more cost effective then buying 1 at a time, not to mention the extreme savings over HP branded toner. The printer does recognize it as non genuine toner, but it has never caused an issue with printing. The quality of print is just as good as OEM. I definitely recommend this toner

The product is fine. My problem is with contacting you folks. I had 3 issues which required me to contact you. 1. I attempted to call 3 times, and was disconnected each time after a lengthy wait for an agent. 2. The 10% discount code did not work when I attempted to use it. 3. Although I did NOT chose it, the order was delayed for over a week, as it indicted that they were waiting for a cheque pmt. This was not the choice I selected. I always pay by credit card. I was assured that someone would get back to me, but that has not happened yet!! Will this review also be ignored?
