The color was not printed very well (not greenish and yellowish without red color). I tries to clean the printer head a couple of time, but the results were the same. Can I send them back or get a refund from you.

You did not send me a black cartridge! You sent magenta, cyan, yellow!!!! So I called customer service and ordered BLACK. Today I see I am gettring MAGENTA!!! HELP!

Hi Sunsan, I have sent you an email to rectify this situation, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Epson has modified its software so Moustache cartridges no longer work on their WF-7720 printer, only Epson do. A major disadvantage of the internet of things is that manufacturers can disable their product when the warranty is up or modify it so competitors cannot supply consumables.

Did NOT work for my printer. When I called your sales person was very impatient . I'm still waiting for the sticker to send the cartridges back. Very disappointed.

Not compatible with Epson WF-3640. Second time we tried it and never worked + broke the printer as it clogged the print. DOES NOT WORK WITH EPSON WF3640
