I am their customer for quite a number of years. Very satisfied, nothing to complain. They have record of all of my previous orders. It is easy to see what I ordered before. Very happy with this product, l would recommand it for all your home photos. Sometimes it's old photo paper that causes colors to be different/off, not always the ink. Just thought I'd mention this as it happened to me..

Great bang for your buck. Had to pay half as much for just one cartridge at the big box business store as my order had not arrive. Still the big black does not empty fully on these before my printer says its empty and needs to be changed.

This is an awesome price for the produce. Much less than the big box business stores. The only problem is the 251XL Black will only use about a half or sometimes two thirds of the ink then my printer will say its empty and will not print again unless I put a new cartridge in. Even with this problem its still cheaper to use. The other cartridges go right to empty.

Great bang for your dollar in these trying times when everything else seems to increase in price the cost has remained stable on the ink
