Needed a wee light for staircase & it does the job well. Small but very bright. Packaging/instructions reveal it's from the orient. I'd prefer Canadian/North American products, but a good product that is not regretful.

Light is bright, but soft. It took a while to understand that the "clap/tap" mode only reacts when you are in the dark. It was probably written in the instructon booklet, but it was only written in what I am assuming is mandarin, no english versi.n. That's the only reason I'm taking a star back.

Instructions were in Chinese. Auto function doesn't work. Other than that, not bad.

Light is too bright and not adjustable for a night light. Included cord is too short
