Fantastic little booster for a great price! Since the manual is a bit confusing on how to properly boost a car with it, here is how it works: 1. Make sure the jump starter is fully charged and the clamps are UNPLUGGED from the jump starter 2. Clamp the car battery's positive/red with the red clamp, then clamp the car battery's negative/black with the black clamp 3. The clamps' LED indicator should light up solid RED 4. Plug the clamps into the unit, the clamps' LED should light up a solid GREEN and a short sound 5. Do NOT turn on the jump starter 6. Start the car 7. Quickly unplug the jump starter from the clamps, DO NOT UNCLAMP THE CLAMPS FROM THE BATTERY YET 8. Unclamp the black clamp, then unclamp the red clamp

got on Sale. booklet does not tell you how to charge unit you have to figure it out your self ..you have to use your own cell phone charger to charge it se photo i had to use my cell phone charger for 6 hours to fully charge . then i was reading and not clear on when you boost your car does your unit have to be on the ON position or OFF . i guess i will figure it out cables could be a little longer. but yeh at least the price was right. if i would have know i looked for a little cheaper anyway it is a back up and to be used in case of emergency. and far as i am concerned they are all made at the same place same components. and they all promise us the same thing .. i guess we will and see i hope it proves me wrong and helps me out when i need it to work

Bought this as a gift. Person loved it. It was easy to use. Was able to do 4 boosts on one charge. Still has power left to do more.

Nice little product, the 10,000 mAh rating is useless without a voltage spec. I tested it on an analyzer. It produces 14-16 Volts on the 12 Volt connector which is in keeping with 4 lithium-ion cells. The size is consistent with four 18650 cells. Place four 18650 cells in Parallel you can easily get 10,000 mAh. Place them in series which this product does you get a 2500 mAh at 14 volts which is what I measured.
