I have bought the same model about 2 years ago and it works well. I use it everyday. It boils water fast. The insulation keeps the outside wall from getting too hot. So it reduces the chance of accidentally burning self from inadvertent touching. It also keeps the boiled water warm for a few hours. So I am happy to get another one as a Black Friday spin gift.

Very well built. The insulated side wall prevents one from accidentally burning self by touching it. It also keeps the boiled water inside warm for longer. There is no seam in the metallic compartment and the water inside does not touch any plastic parts at all. That's reassuring. That I got it on sale for an excellent price is an added bonus. The instruction pamphlet needs to be rewritten by someone with better English.

Bought November 2022, and by Feb 2024 it is now a paperweight. Was good when it worked but it didn't last too long. Handle and lid broke over time just with use, and now if it's not watched will continue boiling the water until a fire starts.

Took 3 days from order to pack and ship. Arrived with lid 55 to 75 degree feature broken, pressing the button swings it to full extension right away. A nasty click with closing the lid back, plastic already broken. Filling it to Max fill line somehow steam and water still gets into the circular hole on inside that sits at top of handle and leaks onto the round base every time. Kettle doesn't sit flush with round base. Product looks nice but is definitely not worth the full MSRP, not even close. Only benefit is it looks nice and internals are all steel.
