The chair's lumbar support is right at the bottom of the spine which works well for me. It was fairly easy to assemble and everything seems of high quality. I bought this chair to replace a bonded leather chair that was shedding leather scraps all over my office (granted that it was many years old) and thought with the mesh back and fabric seat this would not be a future problem. Early days but so far so good.

Very comfortable chair, can sit in it for a long time without discomfort. Also very solid and feels like it will be durable. It is much better constructed and heavier than the last chair I had. I like the lumbar support, it works well. The pivoting arm rests are handy as well as they move out of the way when you don't want them. Instructions are good, I liked the packaging and labelling of the screws and parts. it comes with a hex key so no additional tools needed.

Very poorly designed. When assembling, the back, armrest and bottom need to be held together by hand while the screws are put in place. Then when assembling the left side of the chair, the parts don't fit together because the pieces on the right side keep moving.

I like it, it was easy to assemble, and I'm a 280 lbs electrician it fits a large man and feels strudy.
