Quite satisfied with this product. Have had it since April, and it works well. Although the light (grey part top of nozzle) does light up, You don't see the dim light flashing when you use it. If you use it in the dark, you will see it. Yep, I tried it in the dark to see if it was working. This is not a major thing. Only thing I am worried about is, it is battery operated and I have it in my bathroom which can get pretty humid. I am concerned that because of the humidity, eventually it may cause the battery to leak. Too bad it is battery operated because it is the prefect size. I still recommend this product.

This lil thing is dope, very convenient, design is quite minimalistic and clean, foam is cool, penetrates and cleans really well and is really easy to wash off unlike the regular liquid soap that feels slimy on your hands for eternity. BUT ! Guys u have to add that 1:4 dilution notice\instruction EVERYWHERE, in the manual ( its not there ) on the box ( not there either ) and maybe put some sticker on the dispenser itself. Ive been cursing and fighting with this thing till i opened web page and found that dilution mentioned somewhere at the bottom of the page almost unnoticeable.

Love this product especially the touchless feature. Bought another one in the other bathroom. No issues so far.

The unit does not work at all... Suspecting a faulty foaming motor. Have requested a replacement which hasn't been issued despite it being a couple of days already... I checked the batteries and it does light up, but does not dispense. Was so looking forward to it. Will update the review if the new unit comes along.
