Fantastic! Solidly built, great price, easy to install. Put it on my 2019 Crosstrek using custom-built crossbars that are 3 inches wide. I don't know how people are saying this doesn't fit on their car, unless they don't understand that you need crossbars like every other rooftop accessory. It would be able to fit on anything from 1 inch wide to like, 4 inches. Pretty sure people just don't understand how to install it (it's easy).

Appears to be a defective design and I doubt it's safe. See photo - it’s as if the instructions from step 4 onwards are for a different roof rack altogether. It clearly states and shows in step 5 that the hooked tab should cover the *larger* support bar (the one on the outside) and while this looks possible for the design shown in step 4 onwards, it is physically impossible with the true design which is seen in steps 1 - 3. It seems that the hooked tab is meant to go over the large outer support bar so that it is connected to the strongest part of the basket to provide a solid connection between the basket and the car, or a backup if the welding of the thiner metal tubes gave way. If the tab goes over the thin inner support bars instead (as shown in the promotional photos) the basket will have a relatively weak bond to the roof rack. I imagine that placing the brackets so far inwards may also decrease the stability of the basket.

It's a great roof basket for the price. Easy to install and what makes it different from the others is that the U-bolts don't stick into the cargo area. Pay attention that this doesn't come with the extender!
