As I cannot edit my previous comments, which I complained about the footrest and gave it one star rating, I decide to write a new comment to update my comments. With the help of my friends, I eventually fix the footrest problem. Indeed, at the bottom of the footrest, there is a bolt and when I loosen the bolt with the tool included in the package, I can adjust the angle and length of the footrest (Please see photos for reference). All the problems are caused by the poorly written manual, which does not tell us how to adjust the angle and length of the footrest. I would suggest LivingBasic to upload a video in YouTube teaching customers how to use the tool included in the package. After footrest problem is solved, I start to appreciate this wheelchair. It is light, sturdy and easy to fold and unfold and it is comfortable to sit at. The only thing which need improvement is the buckle of the seat belt. It is pretty difficult to lock and unlock it. On the whole, I give 5 stars to this wheelchair and highly recommend it to people who want a light weight and comfortable wheelchair to go outdoor.

It alright for the price and lighter weight compared to the big wheel size wheelchair. The quality seem ok. It lighter weight makes it more practical to use for transporting into my car. However, it required a bit more pushing force compared to a larger. Not certain if this was an human error but the footrests were reversed when I receive it which was annoying. I was able to fix it but after few uses the footrest rotates abit (I probably need to tighten them again). Overall, it good buy for specifically for outdoor use.

The wheelchair is little bit difficult to assemble because the right flip back support hole to is too small so it does not fit and the back rest will not hold. I need to drill the hole larger with screw driver (better use drill) to fix it. Overall, with this price, it is a good basic wheelchair which enough to suit the purpose. If the side arm can be removed for transfer then I will give full stars.

Excellent value. Very well manufactured and my elderly mom is comfortable with it. It folds up very easily and fits in most trunks of vehicles
