can not use my for my printer HP OFFICEJET 8022 ur site said its ok to use so I bought returning

I have been trying for over a week to return these. I have sent 4 messages with no response. I searched 910's and 920's came up. I thought maybe an upgrade of some sort, so I ordered them. They are wrong and no good to me. I need 910's and it doesn't look like they are available in the Moustache brand. I guess the printer is going back. Ink too expensive.

Mon imprimante ne la reconnait pas

When I installed the Inks, the cyan and yellow leaked all over. The cyan colour stained the Office carpet. I cannot print in black unless it is set to black ink only . Grey scale will print in magenta. Attached is a quality report , as well as a print out that was supposed to be in grey .scale. I have never been so disappointed . We used you once before, but this is the worst.
