I purchased this cartridge for a friend that was complaining about high cost of the OEM cartridges and showed him the '123 ink cartridges site' and told him about high satisfaction that I have had with all the ink and toner that I have purchased from '123'. Just installed the new black and colour cartridges a few days ago but the cartridge alignment failed. The first page i printed came out really bad. The color picture had horizontal lines across the picture and the black came out as if the cartridge was completely depleted (completely illegible).Then i wet a piece of tissue and dabbed on the cartridge head and printed again and the result was that it printed the page fine except for the last line which again was illegible. I have not printed anything since so i don't know what the result would be. This is only the second time i have had problems with your cartridges. The first time it happened was a long time ago and i believe at that time you did send me a replacement cartridge. t failed. The first page i printed came out
