Bought 3 of these 18 months ago - all three now have problems. The best one charges well on 1 port but takes 20 hrs to charge on the other port instead of 1.75 hrs; another one used to work but after 17 months it began charging slowly on both ports; the worst one, after just 5 months, charged so slowly that it cannot keep a reasonably good battery (that works fine with the OEM charger) charged up while operating - the battery runs down so I have to use the factory charger. Save your money - buy a 6-block & use your OEM chargers.

I like the concept. Don't like there is no way to turn off the surge protected light.

This thing is fine. It works and does what it says it does, and is cheap. But it has a few important flaws. 1. The outlets are too close together. If you use any kind of power brick such as for your phone, you will block at least two outlets. You could use the USB ports for those, but not if your phone comes with (for example) a USB C to USB C charger with a brick. 2. When it's plugged in, there is a VERY bright light from the clear plastic "PROTECTED" thing where your phone is supposed to go (by the way, no one is ever going to leave their phone on that thing). It was too bright to use in a bedroom; I ended up opening up the case and covering the LED in duct tape. 3. The unit only plugs into one power outlet, but it blocks the outlet below as well. So best case you are turning 2 outlets into 3 outlets+2 USBs (and again, if you have a brick, you're probably turning 2 outlets into 2 outlets+2 USBs). 4. USB ports do not appear to do fast charge. I think this is true of most power bars though. If you're sure this is exactly what you need, buy it, otherwise, not worth your time.

This does what it's supposed to do, but dont plan to use it in the bedroom. The built in blue "nightlight" cannot be shut off, and it puts out enough blue light to read the fine print in a phone book. Glaring,. And exactly the colour of light you are supposed to avoid if you want healthy melatonin producing deep sleep. I tried covering it with duck tape but then I worried it might overheat. Someone needs to rethink this

I bought this as a way to replace a conventional 2-plug outlet with 3. However, due to the 3 plugs being placed too closely together, all 3 plugs cannot be plugged in at the same time. I don't think the 3 plugs I am using are unconventionally wide (as shown in the picture). The rest of the features are fine including the USB ports, although some might not like the idea of the blue light shining bright. If you're buying this with the intention of plugging into the 3 available sockets, just make sure that your plugs are slim enough to fit. It's probably better to go with one of the other power bar options available.
