Cartridges did not work, printer would not recognize, even when set to factory default settings. waste of money.

Only can print 10 pages!!!

I got it for my hp, it was supposed to be compatible with my printer, received it and put it in and it said it was empty, pulled everything out and tried it again. It still gave me a warning. We were able to print 1 page!!! Then back to crappy printing. I do not suggest this brand

Order two and my printer says one is damaged and the other can’t detect. I’ve never had this problem before and am awaiting a refund so I can run to the nearest store and get ink that I needed today.
