I trust Moustache brand for all of my ink/toner needs. However, I don’t know what caused the ink to SPILL OUT onto my fingers, after removing the protective cap! Thank goodness I managed to avoid it getting on my clothing and floor! The ‘ink blotter’ on this cartridge is quite a bit larger/exposed than my former ink cartridges, so maybe it’s supposed to be handled differently?

I received it immediately but did not print full page so I contacted the customer support and they sent me another one which work perfectly. their support and quick action are highly recommended.
