The ink works fine but my printer doesn't like me using it. It keep threatening to stop working unless I use the genuine HP ink

Product was/is NOT at issue; service or, more to the point, the LACK of it from the shipper (FedEx) was! Nearly a month from order date to receipt!!!

2 of the catridges exploded on me and my carpet when the orange tab was removed

Product was great. Have used these cartridges before. However the packaging was definitely subpar. A bubble wrap paper envelope does not provide adequate protection. Upon opening the cartridge I was met with a rush of ink. Not fun. Doesn’t come off the skin easily. Or clothing. Please reconsider using sturdier packaging in the future.
