Was looking forward to this chair. Unfortunately it arrived with 2 broken pieces and had to return it for a refund. The shape of the box when it arrived at the door should have been a clue it was not going to be good. Although offer to replace broken parts, was not sure how it would live up long term.

The packaged arrived damage, with a giant hole in the box. The plastic back plate covering the bolts connecting the back to the seat came completely shattered. The button to adjust the right armrest broke after the first 2 DAYS of use. It's a cheap chair, and you get what you pay for. Would not recommend
