Super confortable! les bras, le dos et le cou sont ajustables c'est parfait ! Le seul problème: la base argentée! à cause de sa forme surélevée, faisait en sorte que mes pieds ne touchaient pas 100% à terre (5'5" ) alors que j'étais au minimum du cylindre ;-( MAIS roulettes et cylindre sont diamètre standard d'une chaise à l'autre, j'ai conservé la base de mon ancienne chaise=c'est parfait ! Shopper: modifier base de chaise?

Great chair with great adjust-ability and breathability. After 3 weeks it is holding up well. The packaging inside the box was not good. Nothing was scratched, surprisingly, but the bag of hadware (taped to another part) was ripped open and and all the hardware was in the bottom of the box. Ripped bag + ripped box (Shipper's fault) = missing bolts. Customer service was okay. 5 days later I got the missing bolts (west coast).

Great chair, my cat scratches the seat but nothing happens so it's really durable. One of the screw fell off and not sure what it entails but still working as normal

Good value for the money. It only took about 20 minutes to assemble. Reasonably comfortable. I would prefer to have some tilt adjustment on the seat, but I put some spacers in to tilt the seat down a bit on the front. Overall, I would recommend this chair.
